The Tayari (which is a Kiswahili word meaning “ready”) Early Childhood Development Program is a four-year early childhood development and education intervention funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) and implemented by RTI International in collaboration with four county governments in Kenya (Laikipia, Nairobi, Siaya, Uasin Gishu). It prepares children for primary school by ensuring they have the necessary competencies in literacy, numeracy, social and life skills.
